Delivery

Delivery of your order in the UK is usually within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order by us (working days are defined as Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm in any week except during bank holidays and other UK public holidays).  Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders from outside of the UK.  In the unlikely event of a delay to your order, we will notify you by email.

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature on receipt of the delivery.

We will email you when your order has been processed.  We will email you again once your order has been despatched along with the tracking number which you will be able to track at www.royalmail.com

Free delivery

We offer free delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders over £50.  Delivery charges for orders below £50 are £5.95 per order.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order while waiting for your order to be delivered, please contact us by phone or email.  Please quote your name and order reference in any correspondence with us.
