How to sell your scrap gold, unwanted and broken jewellery
Gold jewellery can be of various purities (i.e. 9ct, 14ct, 18ct, 22ct and 24ct) of gold.Depending on the purity of gold, your jewellery will be worth different values per gram.If you are unsure about the carat of your gold, don?t worry we will separate the different purities of your gold into the different carats in front of you (by looking at the hallmark). We can usually also determine different purities of unhallmarked jewellery through our experience (by the colour of the gold), but we can also test the purity of unhallmarked gold.
We buy scrap gold by weight and we will pay the market rate prevailing on the day you bring the gold to us.If this is not an appropriate method of valuing your jewellery (i.e. for diamond set jewellery) we can advise you of a value that we will pay or advise an alternative method for you to sell your jewellery.
We don?t advertise unrealistic high rates to attract customers only to pay a lower rate when you bring in your jewellery, we offer an honest and fair value for your jewellery based on market rates prevailing on the day.We will also split the amounts between the different carats of gold (we do not lump all the gold together)
Our rates are based on the London Gold fix which occurs twice daily during normal market trading, therefore, gold prices continuously move up and down, i.e. if the gold price goes up, your gold will be worth more, if the gold price goes down, your gold will be worth less (simple).
Bring in your scrap gold, unwanted and broken jewellery to us for a fair offer.
